Do Serbia citizens need a visa for Thailand?
You get the visa at the border. Bring cash/card for the fee, a photo and your onward ticket.
Note: older open datasets list this route as “Visa on arrival”. We show the newer rule from the official source above.
Serbia passport holders can currently enter 115 destinations visa-free or with a visa on arrival, and 45 more with an online ETA or e-Visa. Thailand admits 81 of 198 passports without a full visa (visa-free, on arrival or ETA).

Entry tips for Thailand
- Carry proof of onward travel within your permitted stay and accommodation; officers may ask for funds (20,000 THB per person).
- Visa-exempt entries over land borders are limited to two per calendar year.
- Local currency is Thai baht (THB) — carry a card that works abroad and some cash for arrival costs (including the visa fee).
- Buy travel medical insurance that covers your whole stay.
- An eSIM bought before you fly means data as soon as you land — handy for showing bookings at immigration.
